BACKERKIT SURVEYS
We only have two weeks left (14 days) before the BackerKit Pre-Order Store closes and Survey responses are locked in. Your survey responses are very important, That's how we will know what figures you want, and confirm your shipping address. These orders will lock on November 15th.
Later today we will send out a reminder email to anyone who has not completed their survey.

ASSEMBLY REQUIRED
The Grindstone team will be in attendance at ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, on November 4th & 5th. The show will be held at Hy-Vee Hall in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. This is the 11th AR show and the largest one yet. Come meet fellow collectors and shop the show floor!
For those of you that make it to the show, we have a little surprise. We'll be giving away afree character print to the first 10 people who stop by our booth wearing LONGBOW™ shirts (during the official show floor hours). You have one month left to complete your BackerKit survey. It's important that you make any figure selections and verify your shipping address. Orders will be locked in on November 15th, 2022. We will be sending out email reminders to everyone who has not completed their surveys.
If you use Apple ID (or Apple Private Reply), your survey link may have gone to the email address that is generated with that system. If that is the case and you cannot access the link, please send us a message on Kickstarter so we can verify your account details and get you a direct link to your survey.

Progress and BackerKit Update

Hello CALLSIGN: LONGBOW™ Backers!
It's been a while so we'd like to give you all a progress update.
BackerKit
Our response rate has been very good in the BackerKit. As of today, around 80% of you have completed your BackerKit surveys. For that other 20% of backers, you have until November 15th to fill out your responses.
If you have encountered any issues with your survey, or if you did not receive your invitation, please let us know.
Our combined total (Kickstarter + BackerKit funds) is currently a little under $235k and climbing every day. The ADAPT (Tactical) Action Figure will be added to the pre-order store when we reach $259,000.
We'd also like to clarify what exclusive items are only available for a limited time. The ADAPT Trooper (Research Facility) Action Figure and the CALLSIGN: LONGBOW #1 Issue Comic with Exclusive Cover are Crowdfunding exclusives and will only be available for pre-order until November 15th, 2022. they will not be offered again.
Progress
We've been working with the team at SKELETRON™ on their o-ring retro pilot figure (and "Ghost") for the ROBOSKULL MKII. As part of this process, we've identified some changes that we are making to the sculpting buck for our figures. Don't worry, the proportion will still be the same as on vintage figures, we're just making some improvements that will assist both the sculptors and the factory moving forward. This part isn't very fun or exciting, but it is important to produce the best figures we can.

Something that is fun is character packaging art! And in that area, we've been working with the legendary Doug Hart (G.I. Joe, Air Raiders, Stargate,etc.) on putting together some potential sketches for character poses.

Progress continues on sculpting accessories. These include accessories for the KRASNY-NINJA, STEEL WEB™ SHOCK-TROOPER, and we've decided to give a more traditional AK-style rifle to the HENCHMEN (TRACKSUIT). It's a little more classic look that we think fits better with the figure.
