Backerkit Stretch Goal Added - ADAPT TROOPER (TACTICAL)

New Backerkit Stretch Goal
Several of you have asked if it would be possible to extend Kickstarter funding of stretch goals into the Backerkit. After working through some of the details, we are excited to tell you that YES, we are indeed going to add an additional stretch goal figure!
If we reach $259,000 in total crowdfunding (Kickstarter + Backerkit), ADAPT TROOPER (TACTICAL) will be unlocked and available as a BackerKit Add-On item.
If unlocked, This figure will NOT be automatically added to any Kickstarter pledge levels. It will be a new and separate add-on item available through Backerkit and the Backerkit Pre-Order store.
However, as a Kickstarter backer, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE PRE-ORDERS AT THE PRE-ORDER STORE. You should ONLY add items via your BackerKit Survey link- this will keep your add-ons with your Kickstarter pledge.

We are excited about the opportunity to offer the ADAPT TROOPER (TACTICAL) in addition to the KRASNY-NINJA that was added when the Backerkit opened.
Backerkit Surveys
Just a reminder again that all of the Backerkit Surveys have gone out. These Surveys were sent to whatever email you had on file with Kickstarter when the campaign closed. If you have not received your Survey invite, please let us know through Kickstarter and we will assist you.
We have had some reports from some folks using iCloud Private Relay not receiving their email invites. If you are using Private Relay and have not received your Survey invite, please contact us through Kickstarter and we can help you access your Backerkit Survey.

Backerkit Update and Pre-Order Store Open!

Backerkit Update
CALLSIGN: LONGBOW Backerkit Surveys have now been sent to all Backers. As of now, around 60% of the surveys have been completed!
If you have not received yours, please check your spam folder. These emails are sent to whatever email address you had on file with Kickstarter. We will be sending out reminder messages every so often to anyone who has not accessed their surveys just in case.
If you have any issues accessing your survey, please let us know.
Pre-Order Store Open
The pre-order store is now open for anyone who missed out on the Kickstarter. If you missed out, or know anyone who is interested in pre-ordering figures, please share the pre-order store with them.

Issues for some International Backers
An issue was identified with some Backerkit orders placed by International Backers. This only affects Backers who completed their orders on or before Saturday, August 13th. We have sent out an email and will be following up with those Backers as needed. These orders did not have the VAT Tax applied correctly to EK/EU orders and GST to Canadian orders. If you completed your order by credit card, all you need to do is sign into the Backerkit and make sure your information is still correct. If you paid by PayPal, you must log back in and pay the remaining balance.
If you think you might fall into this category, please check the spam folder in your email, or just log in to Backerkit to double check.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you are an international Backer that completed their Survey/order anytime after Saturday, August 13th, then your order is automatically updated and you don't need to do anything.

The Smoke Test for the Backerkit has been completed, and everything is good to go. We've launched Surveys out to all backers. This is how you will select the figures you want for your order. You may also add new items to your order using Backerkit.
If you don't find it in your inbox, verify that you are using the same email as your Kickstarter account and check your spam folder.

IT'S TIME TO CHOOSE YOUR FIGURES!
The Backerkit surveys are almost ready to go out!
The Backerkit Pledge Management system requires that we do a "Smoke Test" where 5% of the surveys are sent out at random. So that means 5% of you will receive your BackerKit survey later today! If you receive your BackerKit survey email today, please respond to it as soon as you can. And remember, you can change your response selections later, so no pressure! Trying it out and providing any feedback (in case something seems unclear, confusing, or just plain wrong) will help us move more quickly to the full BackerKit launch, which should happen within a couple of days of today's Smoke Test.
If you don't get your survey today, don't worry. Once we've completed the Smoke Test, the rest of the surveys will be sent out.
You will receive an email with a link to your survey, and when you access it, your reward package and any add-ons from Kickstarter are pre-loaded. This system will allow you to pick the figures you want as part of any "choose-a-figure" package or add-on. It will also let you add additional items to your order if you wish to.
The Backerkit will close on November 15th, 2022. When this closes all orders will be locked-in and finalized.

NEW BACKERKIT ITEMS
All-new items can be added to your order during the Backerkit, like the Standard Edition of the CALLSIGN: LONGBOW™ Comic, new Patches, and Accessories.
As a thank you for your support, we are excited to include the 11th figure to the line-up, that Kickstarter backers willhave the option to select for their "choose a figure" if they would like to!

The KRASNY-NINJA are the elite martial arts soldiers of the Soviet Union. They train in some of the USSR’s harshest environments in a wide range of Martial Arts. Now you can control these formidable ninja warriors by choosing them as part of your pledge (for those with choose-a-figure options), or adding them to your order (at an additional charge).

Clarification on All-in Pledges

What does All-in mean?
If you are receiving this message, it means that your pledge to the CALLSIGN: LONGBOW™ Kickstarter included some form of "All-In" package. This update is just a little bit of housekeeping that we weren't able to get to as the campaign closed.
As the Kickstarter was wrapping up in the final few hours things were moving fast and we missed updating the FAQ on the Kickstarter page for what was included in the "All-In". (The HENCHMEN did not make it into the FAQ). Now that the campaign has ended, we can no longer edit the FAQ on the site. We've had a few people ask about it so we wanted to clarify/update what's included in the final "All-in".
